Your work on the Stoneholding, is awesome and the artwork on your website, is truly magnificent.. And of course, your work in The Silmarillion is absolutely out of this world.

I might read the rest of it. Clearly printed in England with the English spelling of some words. “Alright” bothers me when it is “all right.” I’m an editor and wished I could have proofread it for you as I have Thin Line Between for Anne Petty recently. Some commas missing. Is this a first effort? Looks interesting.

I found the first half of the book difficult to traverse, but I am so glad I persevered! The story gripped me and the mytho-philosophical underpinnings were consistent and beautiful. I am very much looking forward to the next book.

This is a wonderful way to ’sample’ a book and Chapter 1 has certainly piqued my interest. I will most definitely purchase this book when it becomes available. I am especially interested because of the Celtic tie-in.

In reference to the last comment: yes, this book continues to be clean (yes, I have read it in its entirety!). You can safely give this book to your children and grandchildren. Unlike many fantasy novels, The Stoneholding does not stray down any occultish or questionable pathways. The story is governed by an overarching morality that doesn’t squelch the story or demean the reader. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue reading the book or to encourage others to do the same. The Stoneholding feels like a classic!
